Each year at the Acquisitions Institute at Timberline Lodge we create a Rideshare board where people who are driving and people who need rides can post their travel information and create matches for rides to the Institute. Most attendees arrive in Portland between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm on Sunday, which facilitates ride-sharing.
In 2023, we used a self-serve Google Spreadsheet to organize ride-sharing. The confirmation email you received after registering for the Acquisitions Institute has the specific details of how to sign up.
